Our whole-person approach begins where ever you are in this moment and aims to chart your course to living Intentionally Well! Our assessment is an 8-week, team effort where together we gather data about your current health status, establish goals based on your priorities and map out your personalized treatment plan.

*Certain lab studies are required.
If you have those studies resulted within 6 weeks of your initial visit, we can work with that.
If you do not have recent lab studies available, you can add on the lab package for $400 cash price.
You will be provided with a list of diagnostic and procedure codes. You may inquire with your insurance company
to see if they would cover those studies, and what your "out of pocket expense" will be if you get the lab tests done through their lab provider. Should you choose to use your insurance, we will send orders to your preferred lab.​
