  2. Day 1: Group Session Kickoff

  7.  Day 35: How to Challenge the Usual Suspects to Learn What You Already Know (face to face)​

    • Engage in a real-time discussion on challenging food triggers and uncovering what your body already knows.​

    • Develop your own strategy for re-introducing foods to discover which are healing and which may be harmful 

  8.   Days 37 -90: Define Your Food Plan for the greatest health impact     

    • With careful observation over the course of your strategic re-introduction of foods, you will learn your own code for optimal health. Tap into support via the weekly Q&A calls. 

    • Carefully reintroduce up to 10 foods, tracking your body’s responses to create a data-driven, personalized food plan.

  9. Days 61-90: Finalize Your Wellness Plan

    • Wrap up your journey with a final video consultation, where you’ll refine and finalize your ongoing personalized food plan.

  10.   Through out the program you will also receive timely tips, education and support via email. You will learn the fundamentals of feeding yourself for optimal health & wellbeing. Topics include:
